Xhulio, a general contractor with a strong background in architecture, engineering and surveying, has a deep-rooted connection to the construction industry through his family's business. After relocating to the US in 2016, he took on the role of spearheading new ground-up  and high-end luxury interior projects. Xhulio founded Prime Build Solutions which focuses on integrating with the community and collaborating with nonprofits. This approach has allowed him to establish a strong presence both within the local community and the industry, particularly in navigating the complexities of construction in New York City. As he ventured into the ultra-luxury market, Xhulio formed partnerships with renowned architects and interior designers, drawing inspiration from their expertise to bring exceptional projects to life. Through these experiences, Xhulio has continuously evolved and showcased his growing expertise in the field of construction.

As co-founder of PrimeBuild Solutions, Gjino is highly regarded for his exceptional situational awareness. As the hands-on, on-site problem solver, he brings prolific energy and a dynamic mindset to effectively address any challenges that arise. Gjino's reputation as the go-to person for finding solutions is well-deserved, and he is admired by the team for his ability to ensure seamless coordination. He possesses a keen awareness of the right personnel for each project, strategically assigning them to foster cohesive and efficient work environments within PrimeBuild Solutions. Gjino's 5 years of military service have instilled in him a strong sense of organization and high expectations.
